We are honored and thrilled to see the Women’s MTB Network featured on Adventure.com! Read about our journey, our goals for women in MTB, the Network, and the huge group rides (with over 50 folks) we hosted both days at the Sedona MTB Festival 2024.
Note, that some things in the article are not accurate and being fixed. One thing to note, is Jess Hana’s quote about Flagship Rides. There, Jess is referring to the Women of Oz, and their Flagship Rides which they have every month! The Women of OZ are doing amazing things for women on bikes.
This article is a proud moment for the Women’s MTB Network and how far we’ve come. The future is bright over here!
As our Founder Mia said in the article “What we’re trying to change (at the WMTBN) is the visibility. So women can see it doesn’t matter how good you are, or how expensive your bike is—if you’re having a good time, that’s all that matters”
